• All event planning, wedding management, and coordination services are subject to scheduling and date availability.
• We may update service details, packages, and pricing from time to time. Changes do not apply to bookings already confirmed in writing.
• You agree to use our websites respectfully and not to engage in any unlawful activities.
• All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Booking & Payments

• Your event planning services are confirmed only after we receive your formal booking request and agreed payment.
• Planning work, venue reservations, and vendor bookings begin once the required initial deposit or payment is completed.
• Because dates and outside teams are reserved specifically for your event, confirmed bookings cannot be canceled except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Online Shop

Products and services sold through our online shop (shop.ardhanbobby.com) are subject to these terms and to the pricing and product details shown when you order.

Authorized Representatives

• Ardhan Bobby™ is operated as a registered sole proprietorship. All contracts, quotes, and official engagements must be confirmed directly through official Ardhan Bobby™ communication channels.
• Before you authorize any payment, you can check a team member’s identity on our Verify Staff page.
• Collaborators, external planners, or representatives act strictly within their assigned roles and have no ownership, managerial rights, or operational control over the business.
• No third party or representative has the authority to collect unauthorized payments or change agreement terms without written confirmation from the proprietor.

Team Member Guidelines

• Representation: All coordinators and event assistants work directly under the sole proprietorship of Ardhan Bobby™.
• Responsibilities: Team members carry out assigned duties for on-site coordination, guest assistance, vendor check-ins, or planning logistics.
• Authority: Team members have no ownership claims in the business. All communications and service handling must follow official policies.
• Confidentiality: Team members are required to maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold professional conduct at all times.

Vendors, Artists & Job Applicants

• Sending your details through our Partner Hub or HR portal does not create a contract, an employment, or an engagement.
• We may contact you if your services or profile match a requirement, but we are not obliged to respond to every submission.
