Service Booking & Processing

• All professional event coordination and planning services are confirmed, scheduled, and prepared only after an official booking request is placed and payment is successfully completed.
• Event management preparation and vendor assignments will not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.
• Once an event booking is confirmed and structural processing/planning has started, it cannot be cancelled except as outlined in our cancellation framework.

Partner Registration and Terms

• Eligibility: Individuals or businesses may register as partners to collaborate with Ardhan Bobby.
• Types of Partners:
  • Client-Bringing Partner: Refers clients and earns commission on successful service purchases.
  • Event-Owner Partner: Refers clients and collaborates on event execution while earning commission.
• Relationship & Proprietorship: Ardhan Bobby is operated as a sole proprietorship. Partners act as collaborators/agents only. They do not have ownership, management rights, or decision-making powers in the proprietorship.
• Commission Structure: Partners may earn commissions based on the type of event service provided, as detailed below:
  • Digital Creative Suite (Earn Up to 50%): Includes Custom Image, Video, and PDF Invitations, along with Automated Reminder Systems.
  • Event Strategy & Branding (Earn Up to 30%): Includes RSVP Management, Remote Planning, and Personal Event Branding.
  • On-Site Execution & Coordination (Earn Up to 15%): Includes Printed Cards and On-Site Event Supervision/Coordination.
• Commission is calculated on confirmed payments received from clients. The final commission percentage is determined by the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby, depending on project scope and partner involvement.
• Commission is paid after completion of services. Any client cancellations or refunds will affect or void commission eligibility.
• Partner Obligations: Provide accurate client information and promote event services ethically without misrepresentation.
• Termination: The proprietor reserves the right to terminate any partnership at any time for breach of terms.

Employee Registration and Terms

• Employment: Employees work under the sole proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
• Duties: Employees perform roles related to event management, client support, operations, or other assigned structural tasks.
• Relationship & Proprietorship: Employees have no ownership rights or claims in the proprietorship. All employee actions regarding client communication or service handling must adhere strictly to the policies of the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
• Termination: Employment is subject to the proprietor’s rules and applicable laws; the proprietor reserves the right to terminate employment for violations of terms or policies.
