At Ardhan Bobby™ (www.ardhanbobby.com), we provide tailored luxury event planning, venue procurement, and on-site management. Because our services require immediate date reservations, customized planning, and upfront vendor bookings, all confirmed payments are considered final.

Event Bookings & Retainers

• All event planning and management work begins only after a booking request is confirmed and the required payment or retainer is received.
• Because dedicated teams, production dates, and independent five-star venues are reserved specifically for your gathering, retainer deposits and confirmed payments are non-refundable.
• Please review event proposals, scopes of work, and production details carefully before you finalize your booking.

Rescheduling & Date Changes

• Date change requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to schedule availability and third-party venue policies.
• We make every effort to accommodate calendar changes. Dates moved to a new season or calendar year may be subject to prevailing rates or venue reassignment fees.

Vendors & Third-Party Payments

• Ardhan Bobby™ acts as your full-service planner and management director, booking and paying approved independent venues, decorators, caterers, and technical crews on your behalf under one clear contract.
• Payments made to third-party venues or vendors on your behalf are subject to those providers’ own cancellation and refund terms, and may not be recoverable.

How to Make a Request

To ask about a date change, a payment, or a booking, write to us in writing at [email protected] with your name, event date, and booking details. If you have a complaint about a booking or payment, write to our grievance email address below.

By securing an event date or making a payment with Ardhan Bobby™, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
