Event Service Bookings

All event planning and management frameworks are initiated, scheduled, and prepared only after an official booking request is placed and payment is successfully completed.

Because resources, staffing, and planning frameworks are allocated immediately upon confirmation, event bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

Clients are requested to carefully review event service details, package scopes, and pricing before making a commitment or completing a payment.

Partner Commission Adjustments

Partners earn commissions based on the specific type of event management services successfully rendered, as defined under the Partner Terms:

• Digital Creative Suite: Up to 50%
• Event Strategy & Branding: Up to 30%
• On-Site Execution & Coordination: Up to 15%

Commission is calculated on the final amount received from the client. The final percentage depends on the project scope, partner involvement, and final agreement, determined solely by the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.

All commissions are subject to the proprietorship structure: Ardhan Bobby is a sole proprietorship, and partners hold no ownership or management rights.

Commissions are non-refundable once earned on confirmed and fully completed event services.

If a client referred by a partner disputes, defaults, or fails to complete their contractual milestones, the corresponding commission will be adjusted, withheld, or cancelled.

Commission payments are processed only after the successful execution of the event services and receipt of full payment from the client.

Employee Context

Employees handling client inquiries, coordination, or event management operations are not entitled to partner commissions unless explicitly stated in their employment agreement.

All employee actions regarding client communication, service workflows, or billing queries must adhere strictly to the policies of the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.

Employees have no ownership rights or claims in the proprietorship.
