This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Ardhan Bobby, a sole proprietorship, and the individual or entity registering as a partner (“Partner”).

Ardhan Bobby Shop (https://shop.ardhanbobby.com) operates as the product division, and Ardhan Bobby Events (https://events.ardhanbobby.com)operates as the service division of the proprietorship.

By registering as a partner or referring clients through any platform (including this website, Ardhan Bobby Shop, Ardhan Bobby Events, or offline channels such as phone, WhatsApp, or in-person interactions), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Relationship

  • The Partner acts as an independent collaborator/agent.
  • This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
  • The Partner has no ownership, legal claim, or authority over the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.

2. Scope of Services

Partners may promote or refer services offered under Ardhan Bobby, including but not limited to services provided through Ardhan Bobby Shop and Ardhan Bobby Events, such as:

  • Event management and planning
  • Digital invitations (image, video, PDF)
  • RSVP and guest management systems
  • Printing services and physical products
  • Event branding and media services

These services may be delivered through online platforms, offline interactions, or direct coordination by the proprietorship.

3. Commission Structure

Partners may earn commissions based on services provided:

a. Digital Creative Suite — Earn Up to 50%

Includes custom image, video, PDF invitations, and automated reminder systems.

b. Event Strategy & Branding — Earn Up to 30%

Includes RSVP management, remote planning, and personal event branding.

c. Physical Goods & On-Site Execution — Earn Up to 15%

Includes printed cards (primarily within India) and on-site event coordination.

  • Commission is calculated on the final payment received from the client.
  • “Up to” commission depends on project scope, partner involvement, and final agreement.
  • Final commission is determined solely by the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commission is payable only after full payment is received and the service is successfully completed.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
  • Any refunds, cancellations, or disputes may result in adjustment, delay, or cancellation of commission.

5. Partner Responsibilities

The Partner agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and genuine client information
  • Represent services honestly and ethically
  • Avoid false promises or unauthorized commitments
  • Maintain professional conduct with clients

6. Restrictions

The Partner shall not:

  • Represent themselves as an owner or employee of Ardhan Bobby
  • Enter into agreements or commitments on behalf of the proprietorship
  • Misuse brand identity, materials, or services

7. Confidentiality

  • All client, pricing, and business information shared must be kept confidential.
  • Such information must not be shared with third parties without permission.

8. Termination

  • The proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby, reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time in case of:
    • Misconduct
    • Misrepresentation
    • Violation of this Agreement
  • Pending commissions may be reviewed and settled at the discretion of the proprietor.

9. Policy Compliance

  • All services, transactions, and client interactions are governed by the official policies available at:

  • These policies apply to services offered through Ardhan Bobby Shop, Ardhan Bobby Events, and any other platform or channel under the proprietorship, including online and offline interactions.

10. Proprietorship Clarification

  • Ardhan Bobby operates as a sole proprietorship.
  • Ardhan Bobby Shop is its product division and Ardhan Bobby Events is its service division.
  • All decisions, pricing, commissions, and operations are controlled solely by the proprietor.

11. Changes to Agreement

  • This Agreement may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued participation as a Partner constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
