Ardhan Bobby Shop operates as the product division and Ardhan Bobby Events operates as the service division of the proprietorship.

By registering or working as an employee, you agree to the following terms.

  • Printing and product handling
  • Operational and administrative tasks
  • Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
  • Employees must follow instructions provided by the proprietor or authorized managers.

3. Compensation

  • Compensation (salary, stipend, or payment) will be defined separately at the time of hiring.
  • Employees are not entitled to partner commissions unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
  • Payments may be subject to performance, attendance, or task completion.

4. Work Conduct

Employees are expected to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful behavior with clients and team members
  • Provide accurate information and avoid misrepresentation
  • Follow assigned timelines and responsibilities
  • Protect the reputation of Ardhan Bobby

5. Confidentiality

  • Employees must keep all business, client, pricing, and operational information confidential.
  • Such information must not be shared with third parties without permission.
  • This obligation continues even after employment ends.

6. Restrictions

Employees shall not:

  • Represent themselves as the owner or partner of Ardhan Bobby
  • Enter into agreements or commitments on behalf of the proprietorship without authorization
  • Misuse company data, materials, or brand identity
